Multifamily Asset Manager

Amy Mark is an experienced multifamily real estate professional with more than 20 years of leadership in operations, asset performance, and value creation. As an Asset Manager for MIG Real Estate, she oversees a national portfolio of value-add multifamily communities focusing on driving asset optimization, capital planning, investment performance.

Prior to joining MIG, she served as Regional Vice President at Embrey Partners, where she managed a portfolio of approximately 3,500 units across Colorado and Arizona. During her tenure, she led new development lease-ups, capital improvement initiatives, and operational performance strategies.

Amy was recognized as the 2023 Most Outstanding Regional Management Professional by the Apartment Association of Metro Denver (AAMD). She is an active member of the organization, serving on the Board of Directors as well as the Judicial Legislative Action Council, Education Advisory Council and Communications Committee. She holds an MBA from Baker University and is known for her data-driven, people-focused approach to building high-performing teams and enhancing asset value.
