CHRIS MCCORMICK
CHIEF PORTFOLIO MANAGER
Chris McCormick is MIG’s portfolio manager overseeing a portfolio of multifamily, industrial, retail, hotel, medical office/office and land holdings. He is involved with MIG’s strategic planning and has been instrumental in the formation of the firm’s portfolio. Chris directs MIG’s debt financing efforts and oversees underwriting for all product types. He leads a team of professionals dedicated to acquisition underwriting, due diligence, dispositions, market research, and portfolio management.
Chris received a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. He held previous positions at the Irvine Company and KBS Realty Advisors.
