As Senior Asset Manager, Eric Lemm oversees MIG Real Estate’s Phoenix portfolio. Eric brings to MIG over 14 years of multi-family experience in asset management, operations, acquisitions, and investment strategy. Prior to joining MIG, Eric held positions at Camden Property Trust, Waterton Residential, Blackstone/LivCor, and Avesta.
Eric holds a B.S. from Iowa State University and a Commercial Real Estate Specialist certificate from the University of St. Thomas in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
