MATT CHESTNUT
Asset Manager
With more than 15 years of multi-family experience in the Pacific Northwest, Matt has operated the spectrum of stabilized, value add, and new development portfolios for some of the most active investors, developers, and owners in the country. Prior to joining MIG, he served as Senior Development Manager for Security Properties Residential, a Seattle based National Multifamily Housing Council Top 50 owner. Prior to this, Matt was a Regional Manager at Windsor Communities and Holland Partner Group. He graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degree in finance, earned the UW Commercial Real Estate Development Certificate, and is a designated IREM Certified Property Manager. In his free time Matt enjoys getting outdoors with his family, where you can find them skiing, mountain biking, hiking, or camping, depending on the season.
