Max Gardner has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of real estate investment, with particular expertise in apartment acquisition, development, and management. Most recently, Max served as President of Irvine Company Apartment Communities, overseeing growth from 20,000 units to almost 45,000.
Previously, Max was Chief Operating Officer for Bay Apartment Communities (NYSE & predecessor to AvalonBay), responsible for new construction and the acquisition/renovation of 25 apartment communities. Earlier experience included serving as the senior partner for Trammell Crow Residential on the West Coast, and developing large-scale residential communities in Virginia and North Carolina.
